what a delightful 'meadow'. We don't see fields of flowers like that, they're either cropped, or grazing animals, or paddocks full of neglected 'weeds'. Beautiful photographs; is it near to your home Brian?
the goldenrod and grasses are beautiful. the thistles are so pretty. but that shot of the asters - both purple and white - whew! thanks for the wild bouquet today!
Beautiful images! This must be the time of year for goldenrod; I'm seeing it all over the place! I need to get out and capture a wide angle view of them. My fave image out of these is the purple thistle. It really pops!
They all are so lovely, the purple thistle, down here definitely a weed , is what I think we have as " Scotch Thistle" you have it captured in its own beauty. Cheers from Jean
OMG those are amazing! What is that in that third shot tho? Apples? It is nice to see someone else takes photos of fugus - haha. Your's though are so well composed. Nice job!
Oh so very lovely! Last week while the husby and I were working in the yard, something happened, that in 31 years of living on this land had never happened. I got bonged in the head by a Hedgeapple. It brought blood to the surface, but did not split the skin...it hurt too!
