And look at those toenails! Should have taken him to the vet with Chet to get a clipping. Wouldn't that have been a calm ride. Have you ever gotten a shot of a squirrels tail with light on it? Great in closeup.
HI Brian Love the close up of Squirrel, also the Bison and Eagle on previous posts. Trying to get caught up on posts I have missed over the past week due to my friend Eileen staying with me.
Little devils! Cute though. :) Love the perfect focus on the eye and feet. I've got a post scheduled next week about these varmints and how I think I've solved them raiding the feeders.
Fantastic shot, Brian. I have been watching Squirrel TV outside of my dining room window wishing I had my larger Nikon with me to capture photos like this.
Awww...that is so cute. He does have that little gleam in his eye that makes you wonder what he's up to. I love squirrels and they seem to do okay with my putting peanuts out for them and bird seed for the birds all in the same feeder.

Sweet face. But, look at those climbing claws!
Nice shot! Seeing those feet close up is a little freaky.
There's definitely a twinkle in his eye!
This photo makes me miss living in London and Toronto! Australian Possums just don't seem as gleefully cheeky!
That is too cute!
You are so right with that title! Love it!!!
