I know they sleep in trees, but have never actually seen a tree turkey before. Nice capture!

I love how she's nestled in there and you still managed to get the iridescent colors of her feathers.
Great catch!

Haha, she does look startled. I have never seen one of these. Beautiful shots!

She looks as surprised to see you as you were to see her! She's rather prehistoric looking.

Is this a turkey or a dinosaur!?:) Very cool captures.

Now that is funny. I've never seen a turkey in a tree before.

She's not easy to spot among the branches.

These shots crack me up- the expressions (if there can be such a thing on a bird) are priceless.

Doesn't blend in too well with that green tree does he. That red just pops out a bit too much. Great capture!

Great sighting, it looks almost hidden! I have never seen them in the trees only on the ground! Great shots!

I have to admit, that is probably the last place I would look for a turkey, though I know they are capable of many unexpected antics. These pictures made me smile ... nice catch, Brian.

Ok, great captures on your part, but I have to say - that is the ugliest mug I've seen in a while. :)

Hi Brian. I think it is safe to say ' not a pretty bird' but glad you caught the shot.

Splendid shot - I suppose it must have looked a little out of place up there!

I had t do a double-take when I saw the thumbnail. "What kind of newly hatched exotic creature did Brian find this time?" Really fun shots!
