This is a photo I took of my daughter yesterday while we were out enjoying the warm weather. I suppose it would be more accurate to say it's a landscape photo that happens to include my daughter. The hill wasn't as high as it appears in the picture. The combination of a wide angle lens and me shooting from ground level makes the distance appear more dramatic. Even as small as she is, the photo wouldn't be the same without her (or something) to draw the eye.

Great perspective and a smart move to have your daughter in the photo.
Nice perspective shot- and red was a perfect choice for clothing. I think any other color might not have had the same effect.
Love it! it really does draw your eye to your daughter.
I just did some updates and your posts are showing up again! Woo Hoo. I love this shot. So simple but has such a big impact.
Hellooo up there! hehehe =)
too cute! nice green grass and the contrail in the sky is a perfect tidbit. waving hi to your little girl!
I love the green, the blue and that splash of red from your daughter!
Not a landscape, it is a photo of your daughter who happens to be in a landscape! :) The subject of the photo is and should be her! Looks like you had a lovely day and oh my all the green grass! Am going to go now and see if deleting and re-adding your feed will fix itself, but those that want to find you will! LOL
Great photo!!!
What a lovely photo! I learned something today and thank you for your description of how you took this shot.
Fun photo!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Great composition!
Yes the hill looks quite steep .... Isn't it great to experiment with different angles.
Oh, how fun!!! I love it! Great perspective and a beautiful capture in addition to being a fun one!! Have a great week, Brian!
Ha! I bet she approves of this photo. :)
Whoa, what a neat photo! Love that your daughter is wearing a bright red shirt against that blue sky. Really great image. :)
You are so talented! This is fantastic!
Your daughter is the perfect focal point!
That is a fabulous composition!
so refreshing. so relaxing.
Nice shot - it just shows you dont always have to have a subject close to the lens for a big WA shot.

Love the perspective and the colours in the photo.
Lots of symbolism in this photo, Brian. Love the story you've told with your camera.
I quite like it It's like she is on top of the world but being a small part of it
oh it really is a magnificent photograph Brian; nice to have that minute image of your daughter smack bang in the middle of the grassy horizon; great thinking and great result
I agree. Your daughter is the most important element in this photo.
