Weekend Shots

Still standing strong

Hunting fish

Evening calm

The night is just getting started

Moving before it gets pitch dark

Grilling bonus: I changed it up a bit with the mushrooms and peppers over the weekend. I cut the tops off the peppers and cleaned out the insides. Then I dropped the Baby Bella mushrooms in the peppers and added olive oil, butter, and seasoning. Everything was wrapped in foil and left on the grill for 45-50 minutes (top rack). When I opened them up, the mushrooms were sizzling in their own little pepper pots and you talk about good eats! Wow!

Nice shots of the water. Hard to beat peppers and mushrooms. We try to have a guys night a couple of times a month and the peppers and mushrooms are always great.

Your photos are so calming and peaceful, what a wonderful way to spend an evening. What a great idea to stuff the peppers with mushrooms, it sounds so tasty! Did you add a bit of garlic?

I'm hungry and I just ate breakfast;)

Those are amazing shots....Nothing better than sitting out in the water. Especially with sights like that!

The mushrooms inside the peppers works great and keeps them from getting too done. Darlin, I haven't used any garlic so far, but will have to give it a try.

At least I got some photos out of the deal because we sure didn't have any fish big enough to weigh in.

Gorgeous photos on the lake, Brian. Sorry the fish weren't cooperating. :)

Buttery seasoned mushroom pepper pots? I am totally stealing that idea!

Wow, great looking pics Brian. You could even use the peppery, mushroomy, buttery, sauce on top of some steaks too. Thanks for the awesome grilling tip.
