Water Color III

These were taken at night while it was raining. I shot through one window and zoomed in on various lights that were being reflected in other windows some distance away. By using a very slow shutter speed (1/8th handheld), throwing out the focus, and being very close to the water running down the first window, I was able to achieve these results.

Given a choice between living in the city or BFE, I would pick BFE every time. Not that there's anything wrong with city living - lots of people enjoy it. I'm just not one of them. Give me the country and a pack of wolves for guard dogs. That silliness aside, most of us have to go "into town" at some point. Cities and towns vary in their attractiveness. Some have great skylines and architecture, while others, well, not so much. But even the dull cities often come alive when darkness falls and the lights come on. (Again, you may click to enlarge.)
