I do like the last photo, a little scratch, almost as though to say " What am I doing here? " all are wonderful. Cheers from Jean.

Love these! He has a different expression in each one!

Yup, he's still the cutest stinker! I like that you have shots of many of the "ordinary" things they do (like scratching). Gives them much more character.

silly water chicken! :)

love the reflection in that one shot. and i just love the goofy straight-on shot. i know it's not aesthetically pleasing from a photography standpoint, but when they look straight on with those beady eyes, it always makes me laugh.

Brian, you captured his candid actions beautifully. I have yet to spot one.

Such a wonderful variety of poses. Great series!! I love the first shot because his expression seems to be a combination of surprise and anger. Made me laugh.

Perfect perch on such an interesting piece of deadwood. Loved all the different postures and the detail you captured here, Brian. Amused by those striped "stockings."

What a fascinating bird. So beautiful. That last shot is funny, looks like he's got a major itch going on there.

Like watching a really good slide show..not just simple portraits of this beautiful guy, but also a behavior study. And you captured his personality.

LOL!! That bird was totally messing with you by the end, there...reminds me of the weird faces and poses my kids pull when they get tired of the camera clicking at them!
