Beautiful colours when you see them up close. PS: Your blog feed is working for me.
Awesome clarity here. Although the doves are getting on my nerves at the feeders lately, they really are pretty and colorful. Did not realize they had so much pink on them. :)

beautiful photo Brian... looks so gentle... and the colors are exquisite.
What a beauty & I'm lovin all the tinges of color here & there, the swirled beak & blue eye shadow! WoW! Great macro =)
Love the subtle colors. Great composition and capture.
Really lovely colors when seen up close. I didn't realize they had so many colors.
Wow I didn't realize they had such pretty colors. We have what is called a, Mourning Dove that sometimes visits out in our front yard but I can never get close enough to snap a picture before it flies away. They are a soft brown/tannish color. I rather like this one's pretty blue and pink colors.
Nice close up!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Oh my goodness...this is beautiful!! Just look at the color markings on this gorgeous creature. You have managed once again to add brilliance to our lives.Ps...hope the feed gets straightened out for everyone who follow you!!! That's not good, 'cause your shutter talents are something not to be missed.
Love the soft colors and detail of this bird. So detailed as to see some of the new pin feathers coming....pretty amazing.
I find just the touch of pink quiet interesting, plus the ever so tiny beads of water. Perfect. enJOYed.
Love that touch of color on the neck. Nice details.
