Finally! Snow.

We finally had our first real snow of the winter. It didn't happen until Monday, March 5, but better late than never, I suppose. We got 5" of the white stuff over night. What's weird is Kentucky was ravaged by numerous strong tornadoes on the previous Friday, March 2. This has been the strangest weather I can remember in a long time.

Lucky you, I don't think we are getting any at all this year! Looks like the gang is all there, their color looks more vibrant against snow, makes it easier to find them. Have fun playin in your snow! ;)

Such beautiful snow shots. At least you got out in it. The birds don't look too cold.

You've a rare talent...gorgeous photography...actually making me miss the birds of N. America! (very hard to do, since I've never been one much for bird watching, to be honest... :D)

Gorgeous photo's Brian! The one good thing about snow...it makes a wonderful photo 'op' ;) You got more snow in this one dump that we did all winter...even though we need the moisture to get us out of this drought...I'm glad it was you and not us that got it. Sorry ;)
