Great artist's eye here, Brian. These old stone bridges make such wonderful subjects and you've chosen, as Joop says, a beautiful composition.

The Blue Ridge Mountains are one of my favorite places in the USA. I also have a weakness for stones...bridges, fences, or walkways. A very beautiful photo !

nicely done - and a bit painterly. :)

The fall foliage off to the side is a beautiful touch. The gold leaves mimic the gold in the stones. Wonder how old that is? Looks like something you'd find in England.

That is just an incredible photo! So beautifully composed, with the Old Stone Bridge and the tree branches.

Hi!
Beautiful stones.
Yes he is a great dog. Konjak( Brandy) is his name :-)
he is 10 years and plays a lot, much more than the others with 2 years.
he is a rescue dog, had a bad Dad who I took him from....not planned but my heart couldn´t say no

A beautiful scene. I like how the leaves on the tree match the mossy growth on the stone bridge.

Hi Brian. the color in the stone on the bridge mirrors the autumn leaves. beautiful.

This is such a lovely scene with the autumn colors playing against the beautiful old stone. Add the reflections in the water for a perfect image!

It seems strange coming over here to see you when there is no bird in your picture. But, I have to say, this is a beautiful shot of a magnificent bridge. The little bit of color just sets it off. You remain #1 in my book ...

I love old moss covered bridges. That one is a beauty! The water is so clear and the tree's fall colors is the frosting on the cake. Beautiful photo!
