Rather than shooting over the top, I decided to take this photo directly through the diamond mesh fencing. Because I was a couple of feet away, the fence pattern is still visible.
Very cool. It has always amazed me how the camera manages to visually delete fence lines (I shoot baseball games a lot and have witnessed the phenomena there). Rinda
At first I thought that was a watermark on your picture to keep people from copying it. Neat idea, shooting through that link fence to get another fence!

I like the results. Nice pastoral scene.
Hi Brian, a pretty scene! I love the horses! Have a happy day!
That's an interesting shot through the fence and how it almost disappeared across the centre of the photo. Very pretty scene.
Very unique effect. And very safe horse fence.
a natural 'texture' - i like it! handsome horses and nice green pasture. thanks for linking!
This is one cool shot, Brian.
Perfect for Good Fences..
Actually a great idea! The slightly visible fence pattern creates an interesting dimension to your photo.
Very nice, I like the effect through the fence.
prachtige paarden in een hele mooie groene omgeving.
fence as filter...no instagram needed...just great !!
You sure have eyes for the most stunning entries in all you enter.
Picture beautiful!

I like it. Nice job! I would never have thought of doing that but it works.
Really like the "hint" of the fence. And the strength in those horses really stands out! Love this shot!
Very, very nice! Those are beautiful horses.
I like it- especially the beautiful horses.
Interesting ... diamond net fencing. Is it portable or permanent. It sure gives an illusive effect to your picture. Like it, Brian :)

My kind of shot...love it!
I like the 'minimal' effect - just enough to see there's a fence but it doesn't interfere with the beauty of image.

A novel approach! Way to think outside the box.
Sometimes one has to shoot through a mesh type of fence to capture an image and you did good. Great shot!
I like that idea, very cool to just barely make it out. Nice capture.
i really love this!
It makes an interesting effect!
I like this Brian but would never have thought of taking the image that way!
Interesting shot!
