beautiful to watch the sunsets; your weather is in your favour at the moment Brian; it's not so pleasant on east coast Australia at all. Certainly no waiting around for a sunset - hard cold winds and rains

Hah, you had it going and gone but there was one fun twist in the end! Simple but pretty series. Excellent.

That reminds me of a commercial I saw when my daughter was little (she's 26 now) where the dad & his daughter was sitting under a tree in a field watching the sun set... The dad says, "going, going, gone", as the sun sets... then the little girl says, "do it again, daddy!"
I don't remember what product the commercial was advertising, but my daughter & I will never forget the commercial... just too sweet! =)

Brian this post is fantastic; not all things are as they appear to be.

Beautiful sunset, one which I never seen yet it's put a huge smile on my face.

Have a wonderful weekend. Cheers.

Gorgeous set! That orange is so vivid, and I love the light edging the clouds. It seems when the sun gets to a certain point it goes down faster. I know it's probably not true, it just feels that way to me. Like that last 1/4 tank of gas. :/
