It might be too early for some people, but... Don't forget the early bird gets the worm and the photographer gets the the photo.
I agree with Andy - unfortunately for me, those years of getting up early for work have become such an ingrained habit that I can't sleep late even when I want to! Great shot of the duck...she looks like she is contemplating that piece of log...
The best time to get out. Nice lighting in this shot, very pleasant.
beautiful and that shot of blue ...fabulous
Very beautiful! It is wonderful to view the world when everyone else is asleep..we usually are able to see nature at its finest.
Is that duck smiling at you?
He does look a little sheepy. Great shot!
Who's that looking back at me in the water? heheheee =)
Haha - does look a bit weary! Almost looks hung over! LOL

She does look a little bleary. Probably out partying last night. Nice catch!
Fantastic shot Brian. The duck looks like it's in meditation mode, a great way to start the day! ;-)Have a wonderful weekend!
I think she is wearing a goofy grin this morning- must have had a wild night!
Haha, she does seem a little groggy. Kinda like me in the early morning. Wish I was a morning person, but I don't think it's in the cards for me. :/ Beautiful image here, especially that bright blue on the wing.
Oh wow, Brian!! This image is stunning!!
Looks like she might have had a rough night .... but thank you for getting up that early to capture this.

Beautiful light and colour, even if a bit early.
I like how the light glistens off the wet wood.Bravo for getting the early morning light. Hope you made time for a cup of Jo.
Ms. Duck looks like she forgot to have her morning coffee. Wonderful composition and diversity of textures.
Yep that's how I look before Morning Coffee! - Great shot.
