The perfect reflection shot. I suspect the heron is more interested in what is swimming in the water.

This picture is amazing I love how it's tail feather just touches the tip of the water to meet it's shadow. The ripples from it's beak are so perfect. Great shot!

Oh wow. This is a perfect example of how black and white can be used with nature photos. I'm always so reluctant to use b&w for my bird shots, but this scene almost begs you to do it. Wonderful image! Great title, too.
